Production line for either sheet stack production or the production of brochures (trade fair newsletter Hunkeler Innovationdays 2019). Paper web fed to Xerox Trivor 2400 full-color printing system using a UW6 unwind module. Cross cutting of the printed web in a CS8-II cutter with double cutting cylinder for full-bleed motifs. Production of high-quality printed materials in 1-up to 4-up mode. Workflow 1: Transfer of the sheets for job separation in an SE8 offset module and delivery of the stacks via an LS8 delivery. Workflow 2: Transport of the cut sheets to an IBIS stitcher for the production of wire-bound or perfect-bound brochures.
