Softcover and hardcover book production
Production system for producing either softcover books or book blocks for hardcover processing. Paper web fed using a UW6 unwind module. Subsequent cross cutting in a high-performance CS6-HS cutter. Cut sheets transferred to a Heidelberg folding machine. Feeding also of sheets up to B2 format possible. Perfect binding in a Vareo Müller Martini perfect binder, followed by three-sided edge trim in InfiniTrim with dynamically varying book formats and thicknesses.
