Tripple-Tagsert on GUK high-capacity miniature folding system
Pharmaceutical booklets from the roll are produced on the high-capacity folding machine FA 53/10-4-AT MV11/1. In the camera control module CTM, a printed barcode is inspected and wrong products will be discharged without any machine stop. The booklets are going to be labeled in line with a standard labelling machine and double labeled with the new Turn&Tab TWIN, before they get automatically packed in trays with a length up to 900 mm on the extended Pick&Pack. The result is a fully closed Tripple-Tagsert from the roll.
