Book production line with perfect binding and three-sided cutting. Web fed using a UW6 unwind module to a CS8-II cutter. Combined folding perforation for good book flatness and cutting in double cutting cylinder. DynaCut function for cutting signatures with a variable number of pages (different sheet length). Folding and collating the signatures into a finished book block and transport to a Horizon PUR perfect binder with cover feeder. After the drying line, subsequent three-sided edge trim of books with different formats and number of pages in a Horizon trimmer.
