Production of magazines of varying scope with saddle stitching

Magazines of varying page count are produced on the Presto II Digital saddle stitcher from Müller Martini. The UW6 unwind module will roll-feed the printed web into  the high-performance CS6-HS cross-cutting module. The Dynacut function will allow signatures with varying page counts to be produced. The signatures are then folded in a buckle fold machine and saddle stitched on the saddle stitcher at a web speed of up to 200 meters per minute.
