Direct mailings with dynamic perforation on Gen8 combi line
Production of a direct mailing with coupons and reply cards included. Production from the paper roll (UW8) to a Horizon buckle folder. Dynamically controlled cross and vertical perforations in a DP8 dynamic perforator. WI8 web inspection system integrated in the DP8 for inline quality monitoring. Longitudinal fold in the newly presented WF8 web folder or transport of the unfolded web using a bypass function. Subsequent cross cutting in a CS8-II cutter. Double cross-cutting cylinder for chip-out on printed materials with full-bleed motif. Optional transport of the sheet to the folding machine via sheet transfer. Production from roll to stack possible as an alternative to folded mailing. LS8 sheet delivery can be accessed easily by moving the sheet transfer.
